Beskrivning

The course is divided into several modules. The idea is that you should be able to take part in what is relevant to you according to your course or your thesis. The content is divided into the following modules: Introduction. Module 1 - Introduction to philosophy of science from an historical perspective. Module 2 – Literature search. Module 3 – Writing research reports. Module 4 – The research process. Module 5 - Research methodologies and techniques of data collection.This module is divided into several sections. After an introduction, commonly used research methods such as survey, experiment, action research and interactive methodology are presented. Subsequently, techniques of data collection are described, such as interview, questionnaire, observation, measurement and literature review. Module 6. Methodologies of data analysis. This module includes descriptive statistics, introduction to inferential statistics, quantitative content analysis, and qualitatative text analysis.
